We are pleased to announce that Leadership Victoria has now joined forces with Department of Health, Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre, VAADA, the Bouverie Centre and the Bendigo Community Health Service to develop and implement the Change Agent Network.

The Change Agent Network is an exciting new initiative that aims to connect existing and emerging leaders in the Victorian Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector to develop a community of practice that is committed to improving evidence-based practice and the client experience.

Leadership Victoria is an independent innovative leadership organisation in Victoria, fostering and developing leadership in a range of public, community and private service sectors since 1989. It provides a range of leadership development programs including one of Australia’s most sought-after programs, The Williamson Community Leadership Program.

With the combination of the leadership development expertise of Leadership Victoria and the expertise of Turning Point, VAADA, the Bouverie Centre and the Bendigo Community Health Service, the Change Agent Network will grow as a network with a program unique to the growth and development of the Victorian AOD sector and its existing and emerging leaders.

For established and emerging leaders in Victoria, the Change Agent Network will provide a vehicle for developing and honing leadership skills in a supportive and collaborative environment that will enable them to improve the quality of evidence-based practice and the delivery of consistent and effective interventions across the state.
