The dedicated roles of Intake and Assessment and Care and Recovery Coordination have been established as part of the new service system. Turning Point has been involved in a collaborative process with each of these workforce streams to develop and support a discrete Community of Practice (CoP), a network of peers, working in similar roles, who learn from and are supported by one another. Over the past year a series of meetings have been held with the aim of providing peer to peer support, opportunity for practice reflection and development and dissemination of best practice and reflection. One exciting outcome of all this work is the launch of this Communities of Practice Webpage.

The webpage contains information about what has been happening within the two Communities of Practice including learning activities, discussions, meeting minutes, resources and latest news. So if you are unable to attend any of the CoP meetings you don’t have to miss out. Just browse through the webpage or make your own contribution.

We are also very keen to get your ideas on how we can improve the Webpage to better meet your needs.
