Order processing conditions 
The online catalogue ordering option is suited for individuals within Australia or those ordering internationally. The online payment option is currently limited to credit card purchases only.

If you are an organisation and like to place multiple orders please use our print form and fax it to us. This is to enhance our response-time to your order and to ensure your order can be tracked more effectively through couriers. 

All online orders are processed through Australia Post, you need to check the status of your delivery with Australia Post and not Turning Point. We take no liability for orders that are lost or not received, to make sure these risks are minimised please provide a home address and ensure that the person signing and receiving the package is you. 
All Turning Point orders (faxed or online) on average may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched.
