Clinical Research

The Clinical Research program addresses alcohol and drug-related harms by trialling new treatment approaches, evaluating existing clinical practices and disseminating evidence-based treatment.

It conducts research using multiple methodologies (including brain imaging, ethnographic and psychological approaches), with a range of clinical populations, their families, as well as comorbid mental health issues.

The Clinical Research program undertakes research and dissemination activities with the health sector working across multiple disciplines.

The Clinical Research program collaborates with local, national and international partners, providing high quality clinical and health research.
