The Drug & Alcohol Clinical Advisory Service (DACAS) website provides resources and guidelines to assist professionals identify and treat alcohol and other drug presentations.
Resources include,
- factsheets to assist general practitioners treat alcohol and other drug presentations
- clinical guidelines developed by Turning Point
- screening & assessment tools
- brief intervention information
DACAS will soon feature an
online forum that will allow general practitioners discuss drug and alcohol related topics with
DACAS consultants.
