Amendments to subject enrolment
A student may change his/her subject enrolment details by completing a Subject Amendment Form(available from Education and Training Administration or from this page) provided the amendment is before the Census Date. Amendments will be processed following authorisation from the Tertiary Programs Manager
Census date
Each subject has a census date. Prior to the census date students may withdraw from the subject or amend their enrolment. After the census date students will be deemed to be enrolled in that subject and will need to pay the relevant fee despite choosing not to attend classes and submit assessment items. A result of 'X' will be given for the subject not completed and cannot be changed.
Conferring of Award Evening
Students who have completed all requirements of the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma are invited to apply to receive their award. Applications for Conferring of Award are available from Education and Training Administration (8413 8700). Following successful processing of your application, you and your friends and family will be invited to the graduation ceremony.
