Enrolment
Enrolment is by application on the
Enrolment Application Form and payment of fees. Enrolment
Application Forms are available from Education and Training
Administration at 142 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3065
or from here.
To ensure quality, each subject has a maximum student enrolment. If that maximum has been reached students will not be able to enrol in that subject for that year.

applying for enrolment. Applications for enrolment

New students will need to attend enrolment day. Ensure that you bring with you your letter of offer
The process for re-enrolment will include subject selection, payment of fees, taking of a photograph for your student card and confirmation of you subject enrolment.
Please allocate up to two hours for this process.
Please note enrolment confirmation will not be complete until payment has been made for at least the first semester subjects.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL will be awarded only if the prospective student has completed
study of similar weight and content and can produce evidence
of satisfactory completion. Application
for RPL must be made on the appropriate form (available
from Education and Training Administration or from here)
and supporting evidence attached, including certification
of completion and a copy of the subject outline from the awarding
institution or agency. RPL will be at the discretion of the
Subject Coordinator and the Tertiary Programs Manager. A non-refunded
administration fee must be paid by the student for each RPL
application.
top of page Amendments to subject enrolment
A student may change his/her subject enrolment
details by completing an Amendment
of Enrolment Form, (available from Education and Training
Administration or from here)
provided the amendment is before the Census Date. Amendments
will be processed following authorisation from the Tertiary
Programs Manager
Census date
Each subject has a census date. Prior to
the census date students may withdraw from the subject or
amend their enrolment. After the census date students will
be deemed to be enrolled in that subject and will need to
pay the relevant fee despite choosing not to attend classes
and submit assessment items. A result of 'X' will be given
for the subject not completed and cannot be changed.
Census dates will be no earlier than 20% of the way through the period of time during which the subject is taken.
