Amendments to subject enrolment
A student may change his/her subject enrolment details by completing an Amendment of Enrolment Form, (available from Education and Training Administration or from here) provided the amendment is before the Census Date. Amendments will be processed following authorisation from the Tertiary Programs Manager

Census date
Each subject has a census date. Prior to the census date students may withdraw from the subject or amend their enrolment. After the census date students will be deemed to be enrolled in that subject and will need to pay the relevant fee despite choosing not to attend classes and submit assessment items. A result of 'X' will be given for the subject not completed and cannot be changed.

Census dates will be no earlier than 20% of the way through the period of time during which the subject is taken.
