Provide needle and syringe services
This unit applies to those specialist AOD workers who may be required to provide needle and syringe services. The purpose of the training course is to enable participants to develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to apply standard processes and procedures for providing needle and syringe services.
Requirements
Must have commenced or successfully completed CHCAOD2C (Interdependent unit of competency)
Must have to be successfully completed Level 2 First Aid for final result to be issued
Must have to be successfully completed CHCAOD2C for final result to be issued
