Communities of Practice

Welcome to Connect & Learn COP

This web page has been developed for interested Victorian AOD workers who would like to become members of Connect & Learn Communities of Practice.

This community of practice is a learning forum where members teach and learn from each other and, irrespective of their position within an organisation, regard each other as fellow clinicians and sources of knowledge.

This Community of Practice has been funded by the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria.

Purpose of the cop

Members have self-selected and have a shared passion, commitment and belief that there is value in actively working together to solve problems, share knowledge and cultivate best practice.

The aim is to provide a supportive and safe environment to facilitate development and learning opportunities to improve quality of care for people with problems with drug and alcohol use.
