How you can support Turning Point

Turning Point strives to promote and maximise the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities living with and affected by alcohol and other drug-related harms. We aspire to be a world leading service delivery and research and development centre. In working toward our goals we will ensure the safest possible environment in relation to alcohol and other drug problems today and into the future.

The organisation runs a number of programs that bridge activities in the areas of research, education, advice and treatment. Turning Point is affiliated with St Vincents Hospital Melbourne and the University of Melbourne.

Your support is vital
Any donation that is made will help us to continue and expand our important work. You may wish to:

Make a regular donation
• Organise a community or corporate fundraising event
• Make a bequest
• Establish a research or specific project award to ensure ongoing funding to a particular area

Tax Deductible
Turning Point is endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a Public Benevolent Institution and a Deductible Gift Recipient. All donations are tax deductible for Australian resident taxpayers.

Form of Bequest
Leaving a gift in your will to Turning Point shows a lot about your values and commitment to helping people overcome their addiction. The following words should be inserted into your will:

"I give $ or % of my estate to Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre Inc., an association registered in Victoria, for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of the secretary or a director or other authorised officer for the time being of Turning Point shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my trustee for all property transferred and moneys paid to Turning Point pursuant to this will."
