Kristen has extensive experience working in Australia's health policy and political sector in Australia and the UK since 2008.

Kristen has been health adviser for Australian Greens' leader Senator Bob Brown and more recently Senator Richard Di Natale and for three years was senior political adviser to Professor Pat McGorry at Orygen.

Kristen has also worked in policy and external affairs roles at Medibank, Consumer’s Health Forum and in the UK at the King’s Fund. Kristen has an MBA and a post graduate diploma in photojournalism.
