The practice of mindfulness has become mainstream in therapeutic modalities over the last decade within AOD sector and mental health services. With this higher profile as an evidence based clinical strategy many more clinicians are interested in, and are being required to provide mindful based programs.

This workshop is designed to enable those clinicians to confidently apply techniques in a creative and meaningful manner. This is an experimental workshop, all skills taught will be practised. Whether you are already teaching Mindfulness or just starting working with the skills this course is the perfect way to extend your own practise, help with setting up a program, identifying clients who will most benefit and increase you own well-being.
