In her current role, Katherine is a researcher for the Cognitive Behavioural Modification (CBM) project, designed to retrain cognitive biases in those with alcohol or methamphetamine use disorder, on which she completed her honours degree in 2015.
In addition to her research work, Katherine has co-authored a number of policy reports for the Department of Health, most recently an in-depth review on the health-related, social and legal merits of mandatory drug treatment. Katherine has also co-authored various practitioner and consumer guidelines relating to AOD withdrawal and Cognitive Impairment.
Katherine is currently studying the Juris Doctor at Monash University, and has a particular interest in the overlap between AOD research and law.
