Eastern Health Transcultural Services (TS) assists all Eastern Health sites including Turning Point to meet the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse clients and staff.
Clients, staff and service providers in the community can contact TS for advice and assistance on issues related to cultural and linguistic diversity. This includes,
- availability of interpreter services
- written translations
- access to resources and communication tools
- culturally appropriate health care
