Connect & Learn: Showcase your Research, Clinical Practice or Project
Connect & Learn is Turning Point’s webinar series which is funded by DHHS. Designed to support AOD clinicians throughout regional and metropolitan Victoria, the webinars are presented by experienced clinicians, AOD workers and researchers currently working in the AOD sector.
We are currently putting out a call for expressions of interest for guest presenters who would like to utilise this opportunity to showcase their research, clinical practice or project. It’s also a great opportunity to develop your presentation skills with lots of coaching and support from the Workforce Development team.
The Turning Point/Spectrum leadership encourage research translation/dissemination and promotion of unique Turning Point/Spectrum programs/projects to the AOD and Mental Health Sectors. The Connect & Learn webinar series is one way that this can happen.
The webinars are professionally recorded at Redback Studios in Melbourne's CBD and the replay link can be shared across social media channels and your networks. All replays of webinars are placed on the Turning Point website and shared through the VAADA eNews and sometimes will go through to the VAADA Facebook as well.
