Specialist Addiction Clinic

*Due to current COVID-19 restrictions most of our services will now be delivered via telehealth. Where relevant, your treatment team will inform you of the best method of treatment delivery for you.

Our specialist addiction clinics provide holistic client-centred assessment, management planning and/or short-term care for people affected by alcohol and other drug use or addictive behaviours (e.g. gambling). Face to face appointments can be attended at either our Statewide (Richmond) or Box Hill (Carrington Road) sites. Assessments can be organised via tele-health for those residing in rural or regional settings.

Addiction Medicine Clinic

The Addiction Medicine Clinic allows people across Victoria to access holistic, person-centred assessment and treatment of alcohol and other drug (AOD) use and addictive behaviours (e.g. gambling). This includes assessment and management of pharmaceutical drug concerns (e.g. opioid dependence in the setting of chronic pain and prescription opioid misuse).

We offer assessments with addiction medicine specialists and registrars, who can provide support with treatment, harm reduction, care planning and referral to additional services.

Suitable for

Clients requiring assessment, diagnostic clarification and management planning for AOD use or other addictive behaviours (e.g. gambling). Assessments provided are non-urgent, one hour outpatient assessments.
