Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Counselling

The Turning Point Alcohol and Other Drug counselling team work with individuals to help change harmful AOD use behaviour.  Clients are supported to learn harm reduction and relapse prevention strategies, and are collaborated with to develop recovery plans that address their needs.

Counselling can be provided face-to-face, online or via telephone.

Suitable for

People aged 18 and over who are seeking support for AOD related issues from public AOD services. People under the age of 18 may be referred to a youth AOD service.

Our counselling team are able to respond to people from across Victoria, however we may re-direct an individual to another counselling service in closer geographical proximity if this is considered helpful.
