Before joining Eastern Health, Denis was the Director of Clinical Operations within Monash Health’s Mental Health Program. His expertise is in leading multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams operating in complex environments.

Denis holds multiple qualifications in management and public policy, social work, and business management.
He considers a focus on excellence in consumers’ and their family’s experiences of services to be one of the key pillars in the provision of modern mental health and alcohol and other drug services.
He also focusses on excellence in staff experiences within an organisation, supported by advanced technology, as a second key pillar.
