Have you received alcohol and other drug treatment via telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic?

8 Feb 2021

Researchers at Turning Point and Monash University are looking for Victorian participants to take part in this survey, with the chance to win one of twenty $50 Coles vouchers.

Turning Point and Monash University are conducting a confidential online survey to get a better understanding of client experiences of alcohol and other drug treatment delivered via telehealth (e.g., services delivered over the phone, online or via teleconferencing during COVID-19), as compared to in-person.

If you complete this short 15-20-minute survey you can choose to enter a draw to receive one of twenty $50 Coles vouchers. Some participants will also be invited to take part in a confidential online/phone interview in which we will ask you more about your experiences of telehealth. Those who participate in this interview will receive a $50 Coles voucher.

This project is funded by the Victorian Department of Health and the results of this survey will be used to inform training content and improvements in telehealth.
