AOD Workers and Child Protection/Family Services Workers Surveys

19 Aug 2020

Many Victorian families are facing increasing financial and social pressures, and extended isolation in the home. In addition to this, we are hearing reports of increases in alcohol and other drug use, making it an important time to understand workforce capacity in responding to family/child and AOD issues.

Do you work in an Alcohol or Drug Service and have clients who care for children?

Turning Point are conducting a confidential online survey funded by the Department of Health and Human Services to gain a better understanding of how AOD workers respond to the parenting needs of their clients, as well as their experiences with child and family services and child protection.

If you complete this survey you can choose to enter a draw to receive one of five $100 Woolworths vouchers.

The results of this survey will be used to inform training content and to develop resources to better support integrated working between AOD and child and family workers in offering best-practice responses to parenting and child welfare needs.

If you provide care to people seeking help for AOD problems, please complete this 25-minute survey.
