Overview

My role supports the National Addiction and Mental Health Surveillance Unit by conducting data-driven research that informs policy and intervention efforts. The role involves statistical analysis, data management, integration of AI/ML processes using cloud and local running AI models, literature reviews, and preparation of reports and publications. It includes coordinating project activities, managing data collection, and liaising with service providers and collaborators.

Under senior guidance, the position contributes to project development, surveillance outputs, and research dissemination while progressively building independent research capability.
