Overview

Marie is a Research Assistant in the Clinical and Social Research Team. She is working on several projects investigating the application of cognitive bias modification to reduce alcohol and tobacco use, as well as the manifestation of alcohol-related cognitive biases in different cohorts.

Background

Marie has completed a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) at the University of Melbourne. Her Honours research involved the use of neuroimaging techniques to examine the neural correlates of sensory word learning.

Marie has previously worked as a Research Assistant within the University of Melbourne’s Pain and Cognition Neuroimaging Lab and has experience in medical administration.
